The 8th edition of the Dunlop 24H Dubai takes place on 10-11-12 January 2013

Advantages of Pre-registration and rules
  • By pre-registration your entry is secured till 1st of July 2012
  • Pre-registration option closes 1st of July 2012
  • 500 euro pre-registration fee will be deducted from the entry fee
  • Split payment of the entry fee (50% per 1st of July and 50% per 1st of November)
  • Without Pre-registration: After 1st of July 2011, only 100% paid entries will be accepted. Entry fee is 7950 EUR (0% VAT and including standard transport)
Order of acceptance of entries:
  • Teams having done a pre-registration (including payment of 500EUR pre-registration fee) before 1st of July have priority
  • Their entry is secured till 1st of July. (Pre-registered teams only need to pay 50% per 1st of July)
  • Without Pre-registration: After 1st of July, entries will be accepted on first come first take part basis (date complete entry fee is received on our bank account is valid)
  • After 80 complete entries are received, additional entries will be numbered and put on the waiting list.

Reduced Entry fee:
5.000 EUR*  INCLUDING STANDARD TRANSPORT OF THE CAR LESS THAN  <2600cc (with or without turbo)
Payment before 15.09.2012, after the 15th of September Entry Fee will be 6.000 euro (0% VAT)

Regular Entry fee:
7.950EUR* INCLUDING STANDARD TRANSPORT OF THE CAR MORE THAN  >2600cc
Payment before 15.09.2012, after the 15th of September Entry Fee will be 8.950 euro  (0% VAT)

Transport
The entry fee includes standard transport of your race car and two pallets from Rotterdam to Dubai and back. 
Additional transport eg. exclusive 40ft container or extra pallets can be offered at competitive prices, see entry form.
Shipment will take place in 40ft containers, those containers will be placed on the paddock of the circuit.
