DUNLOP preparing for the battle from wheel to wheel

You cannot miss the yellow flags and trailer on the paddock of Dunlop 24H DUBAI, who can be seen from far and wide. DUNLOP, the single tyre supplier during the 24H  of DUBAI 2013 will provide all teams with full technical and fitting service of the DUNLOP tyres at the Dubai Autodrome.

DUNLOP has to supply tyres for over 80 teams for the Dunlop 24H DUBAI 2013. To make sure all tyres are shipped on time preparations are at full speed. The Tyre Order Forms are sent to all teams, when these are filled in DUNLOP can prepare fully for the big event.

History

John Boyd Dunlop's son was struggling to ride his tricycle. He was riding it because he had a heavy cold, for which a doctor had prescribed a very unusual cure: cycling. To make the child's ride more comfortable, Boyd fitted his tricycle with tires made of canvas bonded with liquid rubber. Boyd patents what turned out to be a very big idea.
